Authorizes revocation or suspension of on-premises retailer's permits under local option alcoholic beverage control law if a firearm is discharged on the premises and reported to law enforcement.

Authorizes the Commissioner of Revenue to revoke or suspend light wine and beer permits for consumption on licensed premises if a firearm is discharged on the premises and reported to law enforcement.

Adds firearm discharge incidents to the list of grounds for permit suspension or revocation, alongside existing violations such as illegal gambling, false statements on applications, and failure to maintain required bonds.

Effective July 1, 2011.
