Authorizes the Secretary of State to convey three buildings on Singing River Island in Jackson County to the United States Coast Guard, formerly part of U.S. Naval Station Pascagoula

Buildings include a Hazardous Waste Warehouse (2,162 sq ft), Hazardous Waste Office (82.5 sq ft), and Port Operation Facility (4,392 sq ft), along with associated concrete pads and fences

Permits the buildings to be donated or conveyed for any consideration and terms the Secretary of State deems advisable

Transfers ownership of buildings and improvements only, not the underlying land

Title automatically reverts to Mississippi if the Coast Guard fails to maintain a land lease or terminates operations on Singing River Island
