Amends Section 81-1-89 to authorize the Commissioner of Banking and Consumer Finance to disclose regulatory information to federal, state, and foreign government agencies as deemed necessary by the commissioner.

Permits the commissioner to establish information sharing agreements with government entities to reduce duplicative filings, examinations, and regulatory requirements while maintaining confidentiality of protected information.

Corrects a reference in Section 81-18-5 from "Section 81-18-3(ii)" to "Section 81-18-3(hh)" regarding exemptions for registered mortgage loan originators under the Mississippi Mortgage Consumer Protection Law.

Maintains existing exemptions from mortgage lending regulations for attorneys, depository institutions, family member transactions, and licensed mortgage lenders servicing existing portfolios.

Takes effect upon passage.
