Creates the "Children's Product Safety Act" to establish standards and prohibit sale of unsafe children's products effective July 1, 2011.

Defines unsafe children's products as those that fail to conform to federal standards, have been recalled by federal agencies or manufacturers, or are subject to unrescinded federal safety warnings.

Requires the Attorney General to create, maintain, and publicly post a comprehensive list of unsafe children's products on its website and make it available annually to day care facilities and pediatricians.

Prohibits sellers from reselling unsafe children's products listed by the Attorney General, with limited exceptions for federally-approved retrofitted products that must include specific safety notices at time of sale.

Establishes violations of the Mississippi Consumer Protection Act for manufacturing or selling children's products that do not comply with federal safety standards or regulations.
