Amends Mississippi Code Section 67-1-85 to remove the prohibition on alcoholic beverage advertisements originating in municipalities, counties, or judicial districts that have not voted to legalize alcohol sales.

Permits package retailer permit holders to display signs advertising alcoholic beverages on their premises, with the ABC permit number included on all signage.

Allows alcoholic beverages to be advertised via signs, billboards, displays, and through publishers, broadcasters, and other media outlets statewide.

Maintains the existing prohibition on advertising alcoholic beverages during, or within five minutes before or after, television broadcasts primarily consisting of animated material intended for children.

Effective date: July 1, 2011.
