Amends Section 71-3-17 of Mississippi Code to increase the maximum period for receiving workers' compensation disability payments from an unspecified prior limit to 500 weeks for permanent total disability cases.

Extends temporary total disability benefits to a maximum of 500 weeks or an amount equal to 500 weeks times 66-2/3% of the state's average weekly wage, whichever is less.

Limits permanent partial disability "other cases" compensation to a maximum of 500 weeks for partial disabilities not specifically listed in the statute.

Establishes effective date of July 1, 2011.
