Appropriates $1,420,742.00 to the Department of Finance and Administration for salaries, travel, and tort claim assessment expenses of district attorneys, assistant district attorneys, and criminal investigators for fiscal year ending June 30, 2011

Appropriates $2,053,931.00 to the Mississippi Supreme Court for expenses of special judges, chancellors, and circuit judges for fiscal year ending June 30, 2011

Directs the State Treasurer to pay these appropriations from proper fund accounts upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer

Takes effect upon passage and remains in force through fiscal year ending June 30, 2011
