Provides limited liability protection for agritourism professionals from lawsuits by participants for injuries or deaths resulting from inherent risks of agritourism activities, including natural hazards, animal behavior, and participant negligence.

Requires agritourism professionals to post warning signs at entrance and activity sites with letters at least one inch high, and include warning notices in written contracts, or lose immunity protection.

Excludes liability protection if the agritourism professional commits negligence or willful/wanton disregard for safety, fails to disclose known dangerous conditions or animal propensities, or intentionally injures a participant.

Preserves liability of agritourism professionals under products liability laws and does not affect other legal liability limitations provided by law.

Takes effect upon passage.
