Prohibits adults over age 21 from allowing a party at a private residence or premises if a minor obtains, possesses, or consumes prescription medication, alcoholic beverages, light wine, or beer when the adult knows or reasonably should know about it.

Exempts legally protected religious activities, family member gatherings, and activities covered under Section 67-3-54.

Establishes violation as a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of $1,000 or imprisonment in county jail for not more than 90 days, or both.

Each incident of violation constitutes a separate offense.

Effective July 1, 2011.
