Establishes tiered penalties for trespass on enclosed land: first offense $100-$500 fine and up to 30 days jail; second offense $300-$750 fine and up to 90 days jail; third or subsequent offense $500-$1,000 fine and 60 days to 6 months jail.

Applies same tiered penalty structure to unlawfully gathering, severing, destroying, carrying away, or injuring crops and vegetation on another's land, where the action does not constitute larceny.

Expands the definition of trespass to include persons who go upon enclosed land without consent after notification or who remain on another's land after being asked to leave.

Allows conviction under the crop destruction statute on an indictment for larceny if evidence does not support a larceny conviction but supports the lesser charge.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
