Expands the definition of "agreement" between beer suppliers and wholesalers to include oral agreements, commercial relationships, and arrangements not required to be in writing, as well as relationships where a wholesaler is substantially associated with or reliant on a supplier's brand.

Requires suppliers to assign brand extensions to the wholesaler holding the exclusive sales territory for the original brand from which the extension resulted, with exceptions for assignments made before January 1, 2011.

Prohibits suppliers from discontinuing distribution of any particular brand of beer or light wine without providing the wholesaler at least 30 days' notice, and requires the agreement to remain in force under the terms of Section 67-7-11.

Requires suppliers that resume production or reintroduce any discontinued brand within five years after terminating an agreement to enter into a new agreement with the previous wholesaler(s) on the same terms and conditions as the original agreement.
