Amends Section 47-7-4 of Mississippi Code to clarify that offenders on conditional medical release are responsible for all medical costs incurred after release from incarceration.

Removes language referencing the medical director of the Department of Corrections from the conditional medical release authorization process.

Maintains existing eligibility requirements: offenders must have served at least one year of sentence (except nonviolent, terminally ill offenders exempt from time-served requirement) and cannot have been convicted of sex crimes.

Preserves requirement that Department of Corrections certify offender has significant permanent physical condition with no recovery possibility, incarceration serves no rehabilitative purpose, and continued incarceration would incur unreasonable expenses.

Retains supervision by Division of Community Corrections for remainder of sentence and allows revocation of conditional medical release for violation of release conditions.
