Mississippi Transportation Commission shall donate all right, title, and interest in specific real property located in Walnut Grove, Leake County to the Town of Walnut Grove, with the state retaining all mineral rights.

State Board of Mental Health shall convey without compensation to the Mississippi Transportation Commission approximately 3.90 acres of property in Rankin County, consisting of warranty parcels and temporary easement parcels related to S.R. 468 improvements.

Ellisville State School, through the State Board of Mental Health, shall convey without compensation to the Mississippi Transportation Commission approximately 2.86 acres of property in Jones County, consisting of seven parcels detailed in Exhibits A through G.

All property conveyances occur without monetary compensation to either transferring entity.

Act takes effect upon passage.
