Amends Section 61-3-19 of the Mississippi Code to authorize airport authorities to sell surplus personal property using Internet web services, including auction websites.

Requires airport authorities to publish notice at least once weekly for three consecutive weeks in a public newspaper announcing the intention to sell personal property online, the Internet listing location, and the sale closing date and time.

Allows payment for Internet sales to be made by cash or irrevocable electronic transfer of funds, with property sold to the highest bidder.

Requires all Internet sales to comply with federal law.

Takes effect upon passage.
