MS SB2801

Amends Section 27-65-75, Mississippi Code of 1972, to correct paragraph references for sales tax revenue deposited into the Telecommunications Ad Valorem Tax Reduction Fund.

Changes subsection (15) to correctly reference Section 27-65-19(1)(e)(i)2 and 27-65-19(e)(i)3 (previously incorrectly referenced as other sections).

Requires sales tax revenue from telecommunications sources to be deposited without diversion into the Telecommunications Ad Valorem Tax Reduction Fund established in Section 27-38-7.

Takes effect upon passage.
