Authorizes the Commissioner of Revenue to establish expiration dates for permits issued under light wine and beer laws.

Permits shall be issued for twelve (12) months and renewed annually on the first day of the month in which the permit expires.

Commissioner may issue temporary permits for less than a full year.

All permits must display the effective date, expiration date, business location, business/individual name, and mailing address of the permittee.

Effective date: July 1, 2011.
