Revises punishment for minors using false statements or forged identification to purchase alcohol to allow both a fine ($200-$500) and up to 30 days community service, rather than one or the other

Increases maximum fine for selling alcohol to visibly intoxicated persons, habitual drinkers, drug users, or commission interdicts from an unspecified amount to $1,000

Maintains existing penalties for selling alcohol to minors: $500-$1,000 fine for first offense; $1,000-$2,000 fine and/or up to one year imprisonment for subsequent offenses, with automatic permit revocation

Prohibits package retailers from selling alcohol before 10:00 a.m., after 10:00 p.m., or on Sundays and Christmas Day
