Amends the Electronic Government Oversight Committee membership to allow members to designate representatives to serve on the committee instead of requiring their personal attendance.

Adds the Commissioner of Public Safety and Commissioner of Revenue as members of the Electronic Government Oversight Committee.

Allows Information Technology Services Board members to continue serving for up to 12 months after their term expires if their successor has not been appointed.

Requires the Electronic Government Oversight Committee to meet monthly or at the chairman's call to oversee e-government initiatives and make recommendations to the Legislature and state agencies.

Takes effect upon passage.
