Authorizes the Board of Supervisors of Forrest County to contribute county funds totaling not to exceed $81,607.00 during calendar year 2011 to 13 specified organizations.

Allocates funds to youth and community service organizations including Boy Scouts of America ($2,375), Girl Scout Council ($2,375), Big Brothers/Big Sisters ($1,282), and Hattiesburg Little League Baseball ($5,000).

Provides funding for social service and civic organizations including Salvation Army ($2,850), AIDS Services Coalition ($9,500), Pearl River Valley Opportunity ($8,500), and Pinebelt Association for Community Enhancement ($9,975).

Allocates $25,000 to Hattiesburg Downtown Association, Inc., the largest single contribution authorized by the bill.

Takes effect upon passage.
