• Appropriates $4,582,612 from the State General Fund and $19,477,798 from special funds to the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency for fiscal year 2012 (July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012), authorizing 116 permanent and 72 time-limited full-time positions.
