Appropriates $307,777.00 from the State General Fund to the Commission on Judicial Performance for fiscal year 2012 (July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012).

Appropriates an additional $206,231.00 from the State Treasury to the Commission on Judicial Performance for the same fiscal period.

Authorizes 5 permanent full-time positions for the Commission on Judicial Performance.

Requires the Commission to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2011, and to submit budget requests in comparable format for fiscal year 2013.

Authorizes the Commission to escalate and expend special source funds not to exceed $84,050.00 in accordance with Department of Finance and Administration rules.
