Appropriates $954,150.00 from the Mississippi Fair Commission's special fund for the Dixie National Livestock Show at the State Fairgrounds in Jackson for fiscal year 2012.

Appropriates $61,911.00 for junior livestock roundup shows; $24,542.00 to supplement State Fair livestock premiums; $18,384.00 for county livestock shows (capped at $1,000 per county); $62,458.00 for five district livestock shows; and $11,958.00 for five state dairy shows.

Appropriates $17,509.00 for Mississippi High School Rodeo national finals expenses and $50,000.00 for the NCHA Eastern National Championship.

Allocates an additional $42,000.00 from the Mississippi Fair Commission fund distributed among Round-Up, State Fair premiums, county/district livestock shows, and high school rodeo.

Effective July 1, 2011; requires at least 75 percent of district and dairy show funds be awarded to 4-H Club and Smith-Hughes School members.
