Appropriates $1,808,275.00 from the State General Fund for expenses of the Governor's office and staff for fiscal year 2012 (July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012).

Appropriates $1,975,056.00 from the State Treasury to the Governor's office for defraying Executive Department expenses for the same fiscal period.

Authorizes 34 permanent full-time positions, 1 permanent part-time position, and 7 time-limited full-time positions for the Governor's office.

Appropriates $549,863.00 from the State General Fund for operating expenses of the Governor's Mansion and residence, with authorization for 4 permanent full-time and 1 time-limited full-time position.

Requires the Executive Department to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as Fiscal Year 2011, and mandates that cell phone usage records be compiled and made publicly available.
