Removes the July 1, 2011, repeal date from the law establishing the Indianola Tourism Commission, allowing it to continue operating indefinitely.

Commission consists of nine voting members: one representative from each of the five city wards, representatives from hotel/motel owners and restaurant/bar owners, plus ex officio members from the Chamber of Commerce and B.B. King Museum Foundation.

Authorizes the City of Indianola to levy and collect up to 2% tax on hotel/motel room rental gross proceeds and up to 2% tax on restaurant and bar food and beverage sales to fund tourism and economic development.

Tax proceeds are collected by the Department of Revenue (which retains 3% for administration costs) and dedicated solely to tourism promotion activities including facilities, equipment, visitor centers, and building restoration.

Requires adoption of an annual budget by the commission, subject to mayor and board approval, with annual independent audits submitted to the city and State Department of Audit.
