Extends the repeal date of the Greenwood Tourism Commission and its supporting taxes from the current expiration to September 30, 2015

Expands commission membership from 11 to 14 members by adding three new representatives: one from the Greenwood Hotel/Motel Association, one from the Greenwood Restaurant Association, and one from Mississippi Valley State University

Authorizes the City of Greenwood to levy up to 1% tax on hotel/motel room rentals and up to 1% tax on restaurant and bar sales of prepared food and alcoholic beverages to fund tourism promotion

Exempts restaurants without alcohol permits and with less than $100,000 in annual gross sales from the restaurant/bar tax

Tax proceeds, minus 3% retained by the Department of Revenue for collection costs, go directly to the Tourism Commission for programs to attract conventions and tourists
