Notes that the FBI's Jackson Division was opened at President Lyndon B. Johnson's request during the investigation of the three men's disappearance, which became known as the MIBURN case.

References that seven men were convicted of federal conspiracy charges in connection with the case and sentenced to prison terms ranging from three to ten years.

Directs transmission of the resolution to the FBI Director, the General Services Administration, President Barack Obama, and Mississippi's congressional delegation.
