Requests the local area councils of the Boy Scouts of America operating in Mississippi to make annual reports to the Mississippi Senate and House of Representatives on scouting activities and status in the state.

Specifies that reports shall be provided by representatives from five area councils: Andrew Jackson Council, Yocona Council, Chickasaw Council, Pine Burr Area Council, and Pushmataha Council.

Designates that the Lieutenant Governor and Speaker of the House of Representatives will determine the annual date for the presentations, which may follow a format similar to the national BSA report to Congress but tailored to Mississippi activities.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate and Clerk of the House to forward the resolution to appropriate Boy Scouts representatives and coordinate the annual reporting dates and presentation formats.

Forwards the resolution to the national Boy Scouts of America office and makes it available to the Capitol Press Corps.
