Commends Senator Johnnie E. Walls, Jr. upon his investiture as Circuit Court Judge for the Second Judicial District of Bolivar County, Mississippi on January 3, 2011.

Recognizes his distinguished service in the Mississippi Senate representing District 12 (Bolivar and Washington Counties) from January 1993 until January 3, 2011, including his work as Chairman of the Constitution Committee.

Acknowledges his legal career beginning at North Mississippi Rural Legal Services and continuing in private practice, as well as his service as State Chair of the Mississippi Democratic Party for two terms.

Honors his commitment to leadership, sound judgment, and fairness in his roles as father, husband, attorney, citizen, and statesman.

Directs that the resolution be presented to Judge Walls and made available to the Capitol Press Corps.
