Mississippi Legislature applies for an Article V Constitutional Convention under the provision requiring two-thirds of state legislatures to call for amendments.

The convention shall be limited exclusively to proposing an amendment requiring majority approval from state legislatures before the federal government can increase the national debt.

This application continues in effect until at least two-thirds of state legislatures submit equivalent applications for the same limited amendments convention.

Secretary of State must send certified copies of this resolution to the President of the U.S. Senate, Speaker of the House, Mississippi's Congressional delegation, and presiding officers of all state legislatures.
