Designates February 4, 2011, as American Heart Association "National Wear Red Day" in Mississippi to raise awareness about cardiovascular disease in women.

Establishes that cardiovascular disease kills approximately 450,000 women annually and is the leading cause of death for women, with about 1 in 3 women dying from it compared to 1 in 30 from breast cancer.

Notes that 90% of women have one or more risk factors for heart disease but only 1 in 5 believe it is their greatest health threat.

Encourages all Mississippi citizens to participate in wearing red and support the "Go Red for Women" campaign and "The Heart Truth" awareness initiative.

Directs presentation of the resolution to the Mississippi Chapter of the American Heart Association and the State Board of Health for distribution to citizens.
