Acknowledges MAGPPA's promotion of ethics, education, and certification standards including the Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) and Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO) designations.

Affirms MAGPPA's commitment to six core values: accountability, impartiality, ethics, professionalism, service, and transparency in government procurement.
