Commends the life and public service of World War II Veteran Keith D. Davis, Sr., who passed away on February 7, 2011.

Recognizes Davis's 30 years of service as Postmaster of Terry and his tenure as Mayor of the Town of Terry.

Acknowledges Davis's community contributions including membership on Terry High School Board during the 1960s, active participation in Terry Lions Club since the 1950s, and receipt of the Outstanding Service Award in 2007.

Extends the Mississippi Legislature's sympathy to Davis's surviving family: wife Betty Cessner Davis, children Keith Davis Jr. and Jan Davis Salvo, and four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Directs that the resolution be presented to Davis's family, forwarded to the Terry Board of Aldermen, and made available to the Capitol Press Corps.
