Congratulates 11 Eagle Scouts from the 2010-2011 senior class at Jackson Preparatory School for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout.

Recognizes that Eagle Scouts must earn 22 merit badges including mandatory badges in citizenship, camping, communications, lifesaving, environmental science, first aid, personal fitness, personal management, safety, and family life.

Names the 11 Eagle Scouts: Carter Barnett, Jay Fuller, Philip Lane, Myers Carpenter, John Frey, Elliott Guffin, Luke Love, Jack Taylor, Benjamin Thomas, Cody Myers, and Nathan McNair from Troops 8, 18, 304, and 416.

Commends Jackson Preparatory School for its strong scouting tradition and recognizes the Boy Scouts of America for instilling leadership, service, and community values since its 1910 founding.

Directs that copies of the resolution be distributed to the 11 Eagle Scouts and their families, the respective troop scoutmasters, Jackson Prep's headmaster, and the Capitol Press Corps.
