Commends Reverend Herman D. Dennis for creating a unique "Bible Castle" folk art structure and sharing his preaching with visitors from around the world.

Honors the memory of Margaret Rogers Dennis, who operated Margaret's Grocery for over 60 years and was a pioneering African-American businesswoman and educator.

Recognizes Margaret's Grocery as a community gathering place and tourist destination that became the subject of folk art and cultural tourism research and appreciation.

Directs copies of the resolution to be presented to Reverend Dennis, his family, Cool Springs Missionary Baptist Church, and the Mississippi Arts Commission.
