Commends and congratulates Victoria King, a senior at Presbyterian Christian School in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, for being named a Distinguished Finalist in the 2011 Prudential Spirit of Community Award.

Recognizes King's extensive volunteer work including participation in Relay for Life, Pretty in Pink Breast Cancer Walk, Walk for Diabetes, Operation Shoe Box, and volunteer service with the Salvation Army, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and the Association for Retarded Citizens.

Notes that the Prudential Spirit of Community Award, in its 16th year, honors young volunteers across America and is presented by Prudential Financial in partnership with the National Association of Secondary School Principals.

Directs that the resolution be presented to Victoria King and her family and made available to the Capitol Press Corps.
