Recognizes the Clinton High School "Attaché" Show Choir under the direction of David and Mary Fehr for achieving a national record of 22 Grand Championships and winning 57 of 65 competitions entered since 1992.

Commends the choir for an undefeated 2010-2011 competition season, including winning Grand Champion at the Totino-Grace Show Choir Spectacular in Minnesota on March 5, 2011, with Best Choreography Award honors.

Honors the choir for hosting the Show Choir Nationals at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee for the 10th consecutive year on March 24-26, 2011.

Names 42 senior singer/dancers and 17 crew members who competed for the 2011 Attaché ensemble.

Extends recognition and best wishes to the students, directors, parents, and sponsors of the award-winning choir for their continued excellence and future competitions.
