Recognizes the Turquoise Council of Americans and Eurasians (TCAE) as an independent nonprofit organization that promotes economic relationships, interfaith dialogue, and cultural exchange between Mississippi and Turkey

Acknowledges the bipartisan Mississippi-Turkish Hospitality Leadership Network, created in 2010 with Representatives Hank Zuber and Dirk Dedeaux as coordinators, to strengthen Mississippi-Turkish relations and coordinate educational and business exchanges

Extends best wishes to the Turkish-Mississippian Friendship Reception and Awards Dinner scheduled for March 2, 2011, in Jackson, Mississippi

Directs distribution of the resolution to the TCAE, the Institute of Interfaith Dialog, the Jackson Raindrop Turkish House, and members of the Capitol Press Corps
