Licensed beer manufacturers operating breweries in Mississippi may offer free beer tastings on-site, limited to beer brewed in the state by the permit holder

Samples may only be provided between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. in conjunction with a structured tour of the brewery that covers the entire manufacturing and brewing process

Individual samples are limited to 6 ounces each, with a maximum of 6 samples per person within a 24-hour period

No one under 21 years of age may participate in tastings, and breweries must post signage at the entrance to tasting areas indicating this prohibition

Breweries must maintain accurate records of all beers provided and consumed as samples; effective date is July 1, 2012
