Establishes a Speech-Language Pathologists Loan Forgiveness Program to provide loans for individuals pursuing a master's degree in speech-language pathology who commit to working in Mississippi public schools (K-12)

Loans can be discharged by working as a master's level speech-language pathologist in an accredited Mississippi public school for a period equal to the length of study funded by the loan

For each year of service completed, the corresponding portion of principal and interest converts to an interest-free scholarship and is forgiven

Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning, with State Board of Education concurrence, will establish rules and regulations for the program

Program implementation is contingent upon specific appropriation by the Legislature; effective date of July 1, 2012
