Creates enhanced felony offense for voyeurism under Section 97-29-61 when victim is a child under 16 years old, punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment and/or $5,000 fine.

Establishes tiered felony penalties for photographing or filming another without permission under Section 97-29-63: 15-20 years imprisonment for victims under 14 years old, and up to 10 years for victims 14-16 years old, with $5,000 fine for both tiers.

Adds Section 97-29-61(2) (voyeurism involving children under 16) and Section 97-29-63 (filming without permission) to the definition of registrable sex offenses requiring registration under Mississippi's sex offender registration law.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
