Amends Section 37-9-105 of the Mississippi Code to clarify deadlines for notifying teachers and administrators of nonreemployment.

Requires superintendents to notify principals of nonreemployment on or before March 1.

Requires superintendents to notify teachers, administrators, and other professional educators of nonreemployment on or before April 15, or within 10 calendar days after the Governor approves the K-12 education budget appropriation bill, whichever date is later.

Exempts interim conservators and school boards with appointed financial advisors from the time limitations for recommending nonreemployment.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
