Exempts employees of licensed independent adjusters or their affiliates from adjuster licensing requirements if they collect/furnish claim information and perform data entry, provided no more than 25 such employees are supervised by one licensed independent adjuster or agent.

Defines "automated claims adjudication system" as a preprogrammed computer system for portable electronics insurance claims that must comply with all insurance code payment requirements.

Prohibits the Insurance Commissioner from denying reciprocal licensure to qualified applicants with valid licenses from other states solely because they are not U.S. residents.

Effective July 1, 2012.
