Creates a distinctive license plate for supporters of the Mississippi Law Enforcement Officers' Association, available to any Mississippi resident vehicle owner beginning July 1, 2012

Requires an additional $30 annual fee for the distinctive tag, distributed as follows: $24 to the Mississippi Law Enforcement Officers' Association, $2 to the county tax collector, $2 to the State Highway Fund, $1 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, and $1 to a special fund

Replacement tags for lost or stolen plates cost $10, with 5% retained by the county tax collector

Exempts this license tag from the standard requirement that organizations must prove at least 300 tags will be purchased and deposit funds with the Department of Revenue within three years before production can begin
