Amends Section 63-1-43 of the Mississippi Code to revise how the Department of Public Safety uses driver's license photograph fees.

Photograph fees collected by the department shall be deposited into a special account to pay the actual cost of producing photographs.

Any excess monies collected beyond actual photography costs shall be used by the department to defray the cost of future photography and driver's license technology initiatives.

Effective July 1, 2012.
