Amends Section 25-15-103 of the Mississippi Code to authorize counties and municipalities to pay the full cost of health insurance premiums for retirees who have been reemployed under the Public Employees' Retirement System Law.

Applies specifically to retirees reemployed under Section 25-11-127 of the Public Employees' Retirement Law of 1952.

Counties and municipalities have discretion to elect this benefit; retirees who do not receive employer-paid coverage must pay the entire cost of remaining in the group plan themselves.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
