Authorizes Mississippi residents to purchase distinctive license tags identifying them as supporters of Northwest Rankin High School athletics for an additional fee of $30.00 per year.

Tax collectors retain $2.00 of each fee for the county general fund, with the remaining $28.00 remitted monthly to the Department of Revenue.

Distributes collected fees as follows: $24.00 to the Northwest Rankin Cougar Club, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Replacement tags cost $10.00 with the tax collector retaining 5% for the county general fund and the remainder distributed according to the standard distribution formula.

Effective July 1, 2012.
