Authorizes the Mississippi Major Economic Impact Authority to convey property acquired under the Mississippi Major Economic Impact Act to any entity for purposes of economic development, as determined by the Authority

Expands existing property transfer powers beyond just the original enterprise to include transfers to additional entities that further economic development goals

Requires that property conveyed may include a reversion clause allowing the property to return to the Authority if the transferee declares it is no longer needed

Property transferred under these provisions must be used only for economic development purposes
