Permits brewery permit holders operating in Mississippi to offer limited beer samples on-premises during brewery tours between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., provided the beer is manufactured in-state.

Limits beer samples to individuals aged 21 and older, with each sample not exceeding 6 ounces and a maximum of 6 samples per person within a 24-hour period.

Requires samples to be provided at no cost, for on-premises consumption only, and exclusively in conjunction with a structured tour that includes the entire manufacturing and brewing processes.

Mandates brewery operators maintain accurate accounting records of all beer samples provided and consumed.

Takes effect July 1, 2012, and updates existing Mississippi beer and light wine manufacturing, distribution, and tax law provisions.
