Authorizes Mississippi motor vehicle owners to purchase distinctive license tags identifying them as supporters of Biggersville High School, with design and colors determined by the Department of Revenue and Biggersville High School Principal.

Imposes an additional fee of $30.00 per distinctive license tag, due upon initial application and annually upon renewal, running concurrently with the vehicle's regular license tag year.

Distributes collected fees as follows: $24.00 to Biggersville High School, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to the special fund in Section 27-19-44.2; tax collectors retain $2.00 per tag for the county general fund.

Requires surrender of regular license tags upon issuance of distinctive tags and establishes a $10.00 replacement fee for lost or stolen distinctive tags.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
