Extends the repeal date of the Milk Producers Transportation Cost Assistance Loan Fund from December 31, 2012, to December 31, 2015.

The fund provides interest-free loans to eligible Mississippi milk producers to cover fuel transportation costs and delivery expenses, with a maximum loan amount of $20,000.

Milk producers must produce and sell at least 300,000 pounds of milk annually to qualify for loans, which are amortized over 96 months with payments beginning on or after July 1, 2009.

The Mississippi Development Authority administers the loan program, while the Mississippi State University Cooperative Extension Service certifies producer eligibility.

Effective date is July 1, 2012.
